FUNCTIONS, TASKS AND RIGHTS
Vietnam Atomic Energy Institute is a public administrative science agency under the Ministry of Science and Technology, which assists the Minister to fulfill State management functions of basic research, application research and organization of activities which apply research results in the atomic energy field; provides technical assistance for the State management on the atomic energy, radiation and nuclear safety; organizes training, provides services in the atomic energy field as stipulated by laws.
