FUNCTIONS, TASKS AND RIGHTS:
Vietnam Science and Technology Magazine (hereinafter called the Magazine) is an administrative unit under the Ministry of Science and Technology, which assists the Minister to fulfill organ - theory functions of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
The Magazine has its legal status, own stamp; can open the account at the State Treasury and Bank to operate and carry out transactions as stipulated by laws.
The Magazine has its Head office in Hanoi and Representative office in Ho Chi Minh City.
