FUNCTIONS, TASKS AND RIGHTS:
Science and Development Newspaper (in short called Newspaper) is the organ - theory agency under the Ministry of Science and Technology.
The international transaction name of the newspaper is SCIENCE AND DEVELOPMENT NEWSPAPER.
The Newspaper is a professional press agency with income, can apply the self-controlled mechanism, and is responsible for fulfilling assigned tasks, organizational structure, personnel and financial management for public professional agencies as stipulated in Decree No. 43/2006/NĐ-CP dated 25/4/2006 by the Government.
The Newspaper has its legal status; own stamp and can open accounts of domestic and foreign currency at the State Treasury and Bank for its operation and transactions as stipulated by laws. The Newspaper has its head office in Hanoi and Representative office in Ho Chi Minh City and resident offices in some provinces and cities under the Central government.
