FUNCTIONS, TASKS AND RIGHTS
The National Institute for S&T Policy and Strategy Studies (in short called the Institute) is an S&T organization under the Ministry of Science and Technology, which assists the Minister to fulfill functions of studying S&T management strategies, policies and mechanisms.
The Institute has the international transaction name of National Institute for S&T Policy and Strategy Studies (abbreviated as NISTPASS).
The Institute has its legal status, own stamp and can open the bank account at the State Treasury and Bank to operate and carry out transactions as stipulated by laws.
