Các bài nghiên cứu mới về Đô thị thông minh ngày từ ngày 01/12 đến ngày 07/12/2021

Đô thị thông minh được hiểu là việc phát triển đô thị bền vững và “thông minh”, mà bản chất là “tăng trưởng thông minh” (smart growth) để đối phó với những thay đổi khí hậu và các vấn đề xã hội. Trên thế giới, các nhà hoạch định chính sách đều nhận thức được tầm quan trọng của “tăng trưởng thông minh” và luôn nghiên cứu để xây dựng các thành phố đang phát triển trở thành các đô thị xanh hơn và thông minh hơn. Cục Thông tin KH&CN quốc gia trân trọng kính gửi đến các nhà khoa học những nghiên cứu mới nhất về SMART CITY trên thế giới. Bao gồm những bài viết đã được xuất bản chính thức và các bài viết được chấp nhận đăng trên những cơ sở dữ liệu học thuật chính thống năm 2021.
