The opening ceremony of Inno-Tech Show 2016In the meeting with Korea Small and Medium Business Administration (SMBA) and Korea Business Innovation Association (INNOBIZ), the exchanged and discussed achieved results from the cooperation and connection for technology transfer between Korea and Viet Nam from 2014 - 2016; exchanged cooperation and collaboration of organizing Inno-Tech Show (Korea) - Tech Demo (Viet Nam) on the international scale; discussed cooperation activities in 2017 and for coming years.
Delivering a speech in the meeting, Mr. Choi Cheol Ahn – Director of SMBA high appreciated cooperation results of connecting for technology transfer between the two , through the connection (from 2014 to 2016) so far 150 Korean enterprises have been to Viet Nam and 67 cooperation agreements have been signed between enterprises of the two countries in form of technology transfer, co-research and development, establishment of joint-venture companies, ect..; for the coming time, Korea side would continue expand cooperation scope with Viet Nam on technology transfer.
In the meeting, Ms. Trần Thị Hồng Lan – Deputy Director of the State Agency for Technology Innovation said that the Agency has carried out surveys to identify demands of enterprises and organized 8 events of connecting technology demand and supply between enterprises of Viet Nam and Korea; for the coming time it is proposed that the two would continue cooperating more thoroughly in order to support enterprises to connect for technology transfer, focus on Viet Nam’s potential fields as auxiliary industries, mechanics and engineering, processing and preservation of agricultural products, environmental treatment; setting up of the joint technology database for exploring together and supporting connection of enterprises between two countries.
Within the framework of the visit, the State Agency for Technology Innovation organized for 6 Vietnamese enterprises to participate in Inno-Tech Show 2016 and organized the Connection of technology demand and supply for enterprises of the two countries. In the connection event, Vietnamese enterprises exchanged and worked with 18 Korean enterprises in fields of engineering mechanics; electricity – electronics; information technology; energy saving and technologies for processing and preserving clean agricultural products; 03 Vietnamese enterprises have signed Cooperation agreements with Korean enterprise on joint venture for the development of technology products in Viet Nam.
