On this occasion, Ambassador Saleh Adibi sent his congratulations to Mr. Chu Ngọc Anh on the occasion he was appointed as the Minister of Science and Technology, at the same time he expressed his belief that diplomatic relations between Iran and Viet Nam would experience more good development steps for the coming time.
The Ambassador emphasized that over the past years Iran and Viet Nam have had very good development relations, in which S&T cooperation has achieved satisfactory results. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on technology cooperation, scientific research and education between the two countries has been signed and started the implementation. Mr. Saleh Adibi affirmed that Iran hoped to promote S&T cooperation relations with Viet Nam to a new high level.
The Ambassador hoped that during his term in Viet Nam would try his best to develop further cooperation relations between the two countries, especially in fields of science, technology and education. The Ambassador hoped that for the coming time Minister Chu Ngọc Anh would support and assist Iran more so that the cooperation between the two countries would achieve expected results.
Minister Chu Ngọc Anh highly appreciated Iran’s experience in the country’s development in general and in S&T development in particular, especially outstanding S&T development recently. The Minister sent his thanks to Ambassador Saleh Adibi and cooperation efforts made by the Ambassador for Viet Nam, wish him a sacksful term and would make remarkable achievements in order to promote more cooperation relations between the two countries, especially in S&T field.
