The ministry also plans to promote the development of 30 start-up support organisations at localities across the country, and to help 300 start-up projects to approach international markets by 2025.
By 2025, the ministry expects to provide services for 1,000 start-up projects, attract 1,000 prestigious experts and investors to start-up support centres, and establish representative offices at five prestigious start-up centres in the world.
The ministry also hopes to assist 900 start-up projects to approach international markets and set up representative offices at 10 prestigious start-up centres in the world by 2030.
In addition, the ministry will synchronously implement solutions to improve the business environment and stimulate technology demand and the need for innovation from enterprises.
The completion of the legal framework will also be promoted to foster the development of science, technology and innovation, the ministry said.
