Doctor Nguyễn Văn Lạng, Deputy Minister of Science and Technlogy concurrently Director of Hòa Lạc HTP had the overall introduction with Minister Vongđara and members of the Lao’s mission on the development status and initial achievements during the development process of Hòa Lạc HTP.
Minister Vongđara highly appreciated efforts of Vietnam’s Government and People in orientations for building and developing High-tech Parks as motivations for the social and economic development. Minister Vongđara also expressed his hope that when Lao is able to develop High-tech Parks, it would receive support of Vietnam’s Government and People.
When the working concluded, the mission visited some on-going projects in Hòa Lạc HTP.
