FUNCTIONS, TASKS AND RIGHTS
National Institute of Patent and Technology Exploitation is an administrative and scientific agency under the Ministry of Science and Technology, which assists the Minister to fulfill functions of studying domestic and foreign patent systems; studying mechanisms, policies and development of patent exploitation, solutions for technology transfer from patents into production; linking patent protection with the technology use and development for the social-economic development.
The Institute has the international transaction name of National Institute of Patent and Technology Exploitation (abbreviated as NIPTEX).
