Vietnam Center for Science and Technology Evaluation is a public administrative science agency under the Ministry of Science and Technology, which assists the Minister to fulfill functions of conducting science and technology evaluation, doing scientific researches, providing training and consultancy services in terms of science and technology evaluation.
